Do you take a referral fee from trades?
No. Zero kickbacks. You hire the plumber, HVAC tech, or pool company and you pay them. That is how we stay unbiased on the next video walk.
Are you a repair company?
No. SafeNest Florida is home watch only. We find the problem on video. Licensed trades fix it. We do not mark up the invoice.
Can I use my own plumber or HVAC tech?
Yes. The network is a fallback for owners who are in Ohio or the UK and do not already have someone. If you have a trusted trade, use them. We will still film whether the house is dry after.
Does a pool or HVAC vendor replace home watch?
No. A pool route does chemistry; we film level and screens. An HVAC company services equipment; we film whether the empty house is still running.
