What we are — and are not
SafeNest Florida provides home watch and absentee property care: scheduled outside and/or inside checks, video, and written notes. We are not a property manager, letting agent, realtor, insurer, or repair contractor. We do not take kickbacks from trades.
Quotes and contracts
Public rates: Watch $149/mo, Standard $219/mo, Weekly $349/mo; storm check $249; alarm or lockout $199; vendor let-in $65 first 30 minutes. Rates are billed after the first completed visit and are not a binding offer until we confirm the address is in our service area and we accept the work. First visits start once a local walker is assigned. Month to month. No annual lock. Cancel by email.
Video and access
Visits are recorded as a continuous unedited walk where conditions allow. You are responsible for lawful access (keys, codes, HOA gates, alarms) and for telling us about hazards. We may refuse a visit that is unsafe (for example during a hurricane until roads are open).
Insurance
We do not claim a statewide 14-day vacancy law. Many Florida HO-3 forms (for example Citizens CIT HO-3) exclude vandalism and theft after 30 consecutive vacant days; other carriers use 30–60 days. Always read your policy. See the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation and Florida Statute 627.4091. Video reports are evidence of a visit; they do not create coverage. We will not tell you a visit keeps a policy valid. This site does not publish a fake license number or street NAP.
