Florida is beautiful. Empty houses are not.
When a second home sits empty, humidity, undetected leaks, pests, and a pool that no one is watching can do real damage in a few weeks. Standard property managers care when there is a tenant paying rent. Cleaning crews care between guests. We care when the house is meant to sit quiet — which is the whole point of a snowbird or vacation home.
SafeNest Florida is home watch only. We are not a property manager, we do not let the house, and we do not perform repairs. That is how we stay unbiased: we will never invent a job so we can bill it.

We find the problems. A vetted network fixes them.

Does the video keep my insurance valid?
We will not say that. Only your carrier can say what they accept. Florida has no statewide 14-day vacancy law.
