Absentee owners feel storms twice: once in the cone graphics, and again in the silence after the power maps go dark. A porch camera may be offline. A neighbour may text a blurry photo. What you want is a continuous walk of your lot when it is safe to drive — screens and cage, obvious roof scatter, standing water against the slab, pool overflow, then inside if safe: power, HVAC, ceiling stains, traps, fridge still cold.

Routine rounds do not swallow a hurricane

The $219 monthly floor is for scheduled vacant-home walks in quiet weather. Named storms and severe cells are extras on purpose. Bundling them into the monthly price forces either a fake “unlimited storm” promise or a quiet price rise later. We keep the extra visible: at $249 after roads are safe, from $199 for alarm or camera-offline call-outs once visits are running. Request a first visit — rates are billed after the first completed visit.

If you already want a snowbird, UK, STR, or HOA round, say so on the form. Storm extras sit beside that cadence. If you only want a post-storm look and no routine plan, say that too. Honesty about scope is part of the brand: we document; we do not tarp; we do not adjust claims; we do not invent coverage from a video file.

What a post-storm vacant-home check films

One continuous video. Live if you are watching roads reopen from another state. Recording to scrub with a spouse or an agent on the phone. We do not tarp as a roofing company. Cells, cones, and vacant houses

Central Florida’s afternoon thunderstorms are routine. Named Atlantic systems are not. Both can push water under a slider, drop a limb on a cage, or kill power long enough to warm a fridge. The vacant house does not get a free pass because “it was only a cell.” If you want a look after an ugly evening, say so. If you want the look only after a named storm, say that. What we will not do after a storm

We will not climb an unsafe roof. We will not run a chainsaw as a tree service. We will not negotiate with your carrier. We will not tell you the recording “proves” coverage. We will walk what is safe to walk, film what is there, and leave you a file. If the cage is down and the slab is wet, you will see it.
