How do you decide if my house is on the map?
We cover Clermont; Winter Garden, Horizon West, and Stoneybrook West; Kissimmee and Celebration; Davenport and Four Corners; East Orlando; and Wedgefield (longer drive). If it is outside that map — including the Space Coast — we will say so.
When do visits start?
Once a local walker is assigned. We aim for 14 days after a qualified enquiry in the listed towns. No monthly fee before the first completed walk.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Month to month. No annual lock. We do not let the property and we do not take repair kickbacks. Standard is $219/mo for two video visits.
Do I have to pick a plan before we talk?
No. The form defaults to Standard $219 so we know what most owners choose. Check your own policy for vacancy language — there is no statewide 14-day law. Ask your agent what they want on file, then match the cadence.
