Stoneybrook West is its own gated golf master, not a Horizon West village and not downtown Winter Garden. Fairway lots, club homes that sit empty from April to November, and irrigation that keeps a vacant lawn looking “occupied” while the guest bath dries out. A gate is a barrier for cars.
