If you live in the house full-time, you do not need this product. The whole point is a scheduled walk of a house that is meant to sit quiet — filmed driveway to driveway, emailed the same day.
Home watch is not property management. We do not let the property. We do not collect rent. We do not take a repair kickback. A property manager cares when there is a tenant. A cleaner cares between guests. We care when the house is intentionally empty: HVAC and humidity clues, plumbing traps, pool level and screens, doors and sliders, obvious storm damage — one continuous recording. Do cameras replace a vacant-home visit?
No. A porch camera sees the door. It does not read humidity, refill a trap, or film the pool.
