The towns above are the hubs. We often cover neighboring streets in Minneola, Groveland, and Windermere when the drive still makes sense. We do not currently offer regular rounds for the Space Coast — we will not sell a location we cannot actually reach in a storm.

Questions owners actually ask
Do you cover the Space Coast?
No. Year-one rounds are Lake, Orange, Osceola, and Polk: Clermont, Winter Garden, Horizon West, Stoneybrook West, Kissimmee, Celebration, Davenport, East Orlando, and Wedgefield. We will not sell a coast we cannot reach in a storm.
Is this property management for those towns?
No. Home watch is a scheduled video walk of a house that is meant to sit empty. We do not let, collect rent, or mark up repairs.
Which city page should I open?
Use the town on the mailbox. Hamlin, Independence, Summerlake, and Waterleigh sit on the Horizon West page, not downtown Winter Garden. Four Corners and ChampionsGate sit under Davenport.
Are Wedgefield and East Orlando realistic?
Yes, with honest longer drive times. Storm extras still wait until roads are safe. Enquire with the city or ZIP and we will say if the drive still makes sense.
What does a visit in these areas actually film?
HVAC and humidity, drain traps, pool level and screens, doors and sliders, on one unedited driveway-to-driveway video emailed the same day. Standard plan is $219/mo.
