Is Celebration the same as Kissimmee home watch?
No. Celebration is the planned town with CCD rules and different construction. Kissimmee — including the street where our family house sits — has its own page. Postal city is not the product.
Does the CCD already check vacant houses?
The CCD runs the town, not your air-handler closet. If they will not film a continuous indoor walk and email it to you, you do not have home watch.
Are you a property manager for Celebration rentals?
No. We do not let the house, collect rent, or mark up repairs. Home watch is inspection and reporting on a house that is meant to sit empty.
Does a visit keep my insurance valid?
