When do visits start?
Once a local walker is assigned. We aim for 14 days after a qualified enquiry in the listed towns. No monthly fee before the first completed walk.
What is the difference between home watch and a property manager?
Home watch is inspection and reporting on an intentionally vacant house: leaks, humidity, doors, pool, systems, on video. A property manager typically handles tenants, rent, and maintenance. SafeNest does not let the property and does not mark up repairs.
How long is a typical visit?
About 25–40 minutes in a tight west Orange house. Longer if the lot or cage needs more film. We do not film rooms with no key, attics, roofs, or legal opinions on a policy.
Does a filmed visit keep my insurance valid?
We will not say that. Carriers write their own vacancy language. The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation oversees insurers; it does not write your clause. Then ask your agent.
Is there a live portal?
Not on day one. You get the unedited file by email the same day. A portal comes after visits are running.
