1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the free tools at safenestflorida.com/tools/. Using a tool means you accept them. Our home watch services are covered separately by our terms of service.
2. General information only
The tools give general, indicative information based only on what you enter. They are not insurance, legal, financial, building or professional advice, and they cannot see or inspect your home. Always check your own policy, HOA rules and a licensed Florida professional. We never claim that any visit keeps an insurance policy valid.

5. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the figures and answers you enter, for checking results, and for any decisions you make. Get advice from your insurance agent, HOA and licensed Florida professionals before acting.
6. No data stored
The tools run entirely in your web browser. What you enter is not sent to SafeNest Florida, not saved to cookies or local storage by the tools, and is gone when you close the page. Our site analytics are described in our privacy policy.
7. Changes
We may change or remove the tools or these terms at any time. The version on this page applies.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of Florida.
